Provide complete industry solutions for manufacturers based on laser processing field.
Developed by Ruida Technology, the RDC8445FM-GT5 is a high-performance control system for desktop fiber laser equipment with dual-channel laser control, supporting CW fiber lasers for metals and CO₂ glass-tube, CO₂ RF, and blue diode lasers for non-metals. It features excellent hardware stability, comprehensive motion control solutions, a 5-inch touchscreen with an intuitive interface, multiple panel options, and standalone processing support. The system supports servo and stepper motors in position control mode, along with capacitive sensing-based automatic Z-axis height control. With the dedicated Mini cutting head, it ensures a compact equipment footprint. It also features large onboard storage for file saving, broad USB drive compatibility, and multi-channel general-purpose and dedicated I/O control, integrated with a dedicated timing system and hardware encryption. The controller supports both single- and dual-laser-head processing, with an optional handheld welding head for multi-functional models. It is compatible with UVC cameras to enable vision-based functions such as MARK point positioning, panoramic visual cutting, and projection cutting. A rich material library is also included for on-the-fly design. The controller supports Ethernet, USB, and Wi-Fi communication, and can be operated via three software platforms: MantiSurf (web), MantiSolo (APP), and RDWorksV8 (PC).
